DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Technical-economic feasibility of the goods multimodal center next to the city of Foz do Iguaçu;

  • Analysis of the existing infrastructures and logistic facilities for the goods transportation;

  • Analyisis and estimation of the potential traffic, preliminary sizing of the covered/uncovered areas of the center and of the railway marshalling yard; analysis technical multi-criteria to compare the different alternative sites;

  • Preliminary design of the railway junction (branch), layout of the railway terminal and marshalling yard;

  • Investment and operating costs estimation.
